XENDEE will deliver the Santa Rosa Junior College Campus Microgrid design and engineering. The Santa Rosa project will be 136,000 square feet of rooftop solar on two existing parking structures and two 1-MW lithium-ion battery systems. The Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) and Xendee, together with other partners, were awarded a $450,000 research grant from Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) today to develop an airport microgrid implementation toolkit that will help airports avoid power outages and prevent massive associated flight cancellations.
